25 years experience as a performing artist and teacher developing innovative holistic dance programming to entertain, inspire, and facilitate personal growth.
Pioneered Birthdancing® a safe, fun and easy way to promote maternal and fetal well-being through a time-honored method of natural childbirth and maternal fitness practiced for thousands of years in the Levant that is based on movements found in belly dancing.
Launched and hosted an innovative belly dancing and holistic health cable television program in New York with emphasis on health, fitness, and beauty.
Founder and Artistic Director of Zohar Productions, Inc. established in 1981 with offices in New York City and Scottsdale with affiliates in Los Angeles and Miami.
Planned, directed, and produced hundreds of special events on a national level incorporating the services of dozens of performing artists and designers.

WORKSHOP LEADER AND DANCE INSTRUCTOR in the ancient art of Middle Eastern dance and its origins as a sacred dance invoking and honoring The Divine Feminine and Mother Earth. Created an innovative dance modality called Birthdancing® designed for pregnant women and women in transition. Lectured and presented workshops and classes for schools, colleges, corporations, senior centers, resorts, health clubs, and spiritual retreats. These programs were well received at institutions such as The Kripalu Center, Pepsi-cola Corporate Headquarters, and Columbia University.

PERFORMING ARTIST and featured dance soloist with over 4500 performances including the premiere performance in the US of the International Peace Belt Project and performances at Radio City Music Hall, the New York Metropolitan Museum of Art, and Caesar's Palace.

DIRECTOR AND CHOREOGRAPHER of a troupe of Middle Eastern dancers, musicians and variety artists whose repertoire encompasses a wide range of themes from Ancient Egypt to Arabian Nights. They have appeared coast to coast at venues such as The United Nations, The Trump Taj Mahal, and Warner Brothers Studios.

PRODUCER AND SPECIAL EVENTS COORDINATOR for corporate and private clients at colleges, museums, hotels, resorts and festivals. Creator of The Red Tent event, an interactive entertainment experience for women. Provided entertainment, stage productions, and theme parties for clients such as: Giorgio Armani, The Rockefeller Family, and Disney Pictures.
